trick of the trade: clean tarnished jewelry

I found this in Lucky and can't wait to try it out. I have some gold bangles that are looking a little murky.

According to Gina Nigrelli, you simply line a casserole dish with foil and place jewelry on top. Sprinkle with baking soda, cover with boiling water, and let it soak for 10 minutes. Everything should come out shiny! I'll try it and let you know!
