I watched the riots unfold from the stage door in Vancouver and was in utter shock by what I witnessed. The "pack mentality" and utter stupidity of a mass of individuals was astounding. It really felt like a last days sort of event and luckily we were locked in the theater for the duration so no one was harmed. I got online after returning home that night and searched Flickr for images of the riot and found some pretty spectacular shots. All links and photographers are listed below.

I know this isn't the peppiest post to write a happy message, but here goes anyways! I've been following your blog for a few years now and was overjoyed to discover it. One, it was was a blog about someone currently on broadway and two- it was about a Mormon! I am thrilled! I just wanted you to know how much I enjoy it. Also, I'm just leaving the Jubilee in Calgary where I saw the show, and realized after when I saw the cast list that you were in the show! I didn't realize that you were also doing the Canadian tour. I wish I had looked for you during the show! I enjoyed it so much and seeing it continues to fuel the fire of my love for theater! I have a question, how often are you able to go to church while on tour? If I knew you personally I would invite you to my ward tomorrow! Continue to break a leg, you are such a great example to me!
